For a short time we lived in the frozen state of Rhode Island. Burr! Southern babies don't like that. But like other little girls, I played with baby dolls and pretended to be a good mama.

My husband and I eloped to Turks & Caicos, British West Indies. We were married by an island preacher a full foot (or more, in Jim's case!) shorter than us. After we took our vows in the garden, we headed to the shoreline to capture the beauty of the moment.
